Vidhya Saree, a cherished brand with 24 stores across Maharashtra, wanted a logo that not only reflected their name in Marathi but also carried the essence of tradition and grace.
The design takes inspiration from the peacock a symbol of beauty, pride, and divine connection. Its perfectly symmetrical form subtly shapes the letter “V,” representing Vidhya. The delicate sweep of its wings evokes the image of Lord Krishna, often depicted adorned with peacock feathers, signifying charm, devotion, and timeless elegance.
This thoughtful blend of form and meaning allows the logo to embody both the cultural richness of Maharashtra and the soulful artistry of Indian tradition — just like the sarees Vidhya Saree is known for.
